Volunteer mural done in coordination with Hands on DC.

The theme for the project was "The future begins Now." It was my first outdoor mural and I learned very quickly that oil based paint and 3rd graders do not mix well.

Overall it was a great experience. The only depressing statement was that a year later I went back to photograph the mural and someone had spraypainted "Thug Life 4-Ever" across the mural.

It doesn't get any more DC than that.
